What Is A Coach?

Me? A Beachbody Coach??

surprise yourself
I came to Beachbody coaching as so many do – as a customer. My husband actually suggested we do P90X together. He had recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and I was just getting back into fitness after my “10-year hiatus”. Can you believe we completed the full 90 days? Never missed a day! I fell in love with the intensity of the workouts and the changes in my body and with working out at home. I was a VP of Marketing at the time and worked long days, along with being mom to 2 middle-school aged kids, so not having to add gym commute time to my day was a no-brainer.

With all that going on, why did I sign on as a coach? For the discount, again, as so many do. But soon, the seed was planted. Even though I had a successful career, I was intrigued by the idea of helping others get fit and earning some extra income on the side. No, I was more than intrigued. I was inspired. Sharing my story on Facebook, and inspiring others became one of the best parts of my day. It made me feel good. And my job certainly didn’t make me feel that way. Soon, I knew that I wanted to do something different with my life, and I learned that, at the age of 42, I actually could re-invent myself.

An Unlikely Success

I certainly never imagined myself a success at a network marketing business. I am a raging introvert. Yet I

I became a coach because I saw the value of my SUCCESS inspiring someone else to make a lifestyle shift as well. That was, and is so fulfilling to me. Now, not only do I get to be that encouragement and accountability to others, but I’m a part of a team of people linking arms around this nation, providing support to others just like me. And one by one we WILL End the Trend of obesity! And have made friendships (not to mention an income) along the way! It’s the best thing I’ve said yes to, and if as you’ve read this and felt that nudge and flutter of excitement inside, you’re JUST the person who should be doing this as well! Won’t you join me?
