The 80-Day Obsession is coming NEXT MONTH!! This new workout program, developed by the amazing trainer, Autumn Calabrese, is designed specifically to burn fat and get you lean. It is fine-tuned to give you each specific workout at a specific time to give you the best results.
The workouts paired with the nutrition plan will give you results each week. 80-Day Obsession is an intense program, but the results will be well worth the work put into it. Here are some more details:
The workouts will vary from 35 – 60 mins in length. There will be a new one each day for 6 days, with one rest day per week. A lot of focus is put on the legs, which is where the toned and shaped bum will come from!
There will be some equipment needed – a mat, weights, resistance bands, and sliders.
The Nutrition Plan:
Autumn knows that nutrition is a key element in getting results. That is why she has developed this specific “Timed Nutrition” plan. It is step-by-step and easy to follow. She shows you what to eat and when (certain times of the day) as well as pre- and post workout meals. It ends up being quite a bit of food so no need to worry about being hungry! You definitely won’t be!
Beginning January 13, 2018, the first workout will be released and streamed on Beachbody On Demand. Then, each day following, the next workout will be released. As of now, the program will only be available on Beachbody on Demand. The nutrition plan will also be available for download beginning on January 13 as well.
You can start right on January 13th and follow along each day, or you can start anytime after the 13th and begin working your way through the program.
