Working out has been part of my daily life for over 7 years. I found my fit again at the age of 42 and at 49, I feel fitter and sexier than I ever have in my life.
Even so, this photo shows that my body still changes. I was working out 30-40 mins a day in both pics. This year, I did workouts designed to Chisel my body and I dialed my eating in from 80/20 to 90/10.
YOUR body too can change. You just have to start, and then you have to keep going.
