It’s called Shift Shop, and I had the privilege of working out with Chris in Punta Cana, D.R. in April as he debuted this workout to a live audience of Beachbody coaches. That could have been a daunting task, right? But Chris delivered! And all of the coaches fell in love with his passion, his kindness, and his ability to push us even we didn’t think we could do one more.

Why the SHIFT SHOP? So many reasons. It’s a 3-week rapid rebuild program, which means you can legitimately get fit and lose up to 10 pounds doing it. And the best part — anyone of any age or fitness level can achieve significant, lasting results. How is that possible? By using Chris’ breakthrough “ramp-up” method.

The program starts you out slow in Week 1 with 25-minute cardio and strength workouts you can really do, and a nutrition plan you can stick with. In Week 2, you push harder with 35-minute workouts, and consume more protein to fuel the burn. Finally, in Week 3, you kick your shift into high gear: 45-minute workouts and clean eating. Throughout the program, Chris shows you how to modify so that anyone can enjoy the Ramp Up. In Punta Cana, he brought a coach on-stage who was over 300 lbs.
