2015 is going to be the year of YOU! I declare it so! In my New Year New YOU Challenge we will be focusing on Fitness, Nutrition AND Mental Mindset. By calling into play all three elements, there is only one outcome – SUCCESS.
This will be a 21 Day Challenge. Those that succeed with the first round will be invited to continue into the second round, and so on and so forth. If you have a little weight to lose, 21 days may be all the time you need with me to get you set on your healthy lifestyle path. If you have more weight to lose, I will be with you every step of the way – if it takes us all year! As your Coach, your SUCCESS is my only goal!

2. Choose a nutrition system that will help you know what to eat and how much to eat.
